Ag exemptions are possible after a 5 year period per Texas law. See your local county rules for specific details. But if you want bees but are not into beekeeping we can help you. Currently we have several Bee Yards on properties where the landowners benefit from the Ag exemption and we provide the bees, equipment and beekeeping services. Little Apiary Tours can be arranged at our County Road 309 HQ for those interested in learning more about beekeeping and what a petit (little) apiary operation is like. Or, maybe you have a group and would like to bring them round for a little educational Apiary tour complete with a hive inspection to see inside a hive.
